Your role
- Enable, involve and empower a senior Product Development Team from discovery through development to deployment as a functional product owner.
- Develop and maintain the product backlog.
- Gather and prioritize requirements and features based on the needs of our stakeholders.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the Product Development Team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implementation is efficient.
- Lead scrum meetings such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
- Support the QA Team with quality assurance.
- Assist in analyzing the market, competitors and customer needs to make informed decisions.
- Be responsible for product quality through continuous feedback and testing.
Your profile
- Several years of experience working with agile development teams, ideally as a Product Owner.
- Deep understanding of agile methods and tools such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
- Fluent in German and English.
